Faculty Office Hour Reporting Form
For all faculty:
This information is due before the start of each class so that students will be able to find you when classes begin. Please check the UF Agreement, Article 7.8 for information on office hours and the May 3, 2011 Tentative Agreement for information on how to hold an online office hour if you choose that option.
For adjunct faculty:
Please check the UF Agreement, Article 7.8 for information on how many office hours you can be paid for. Payment for office hours occurs monthly. Receiving payment for office hours is voluntary, but the required first step in order to participate in the voluntary program is to report office hours here at the beginning of the semester. If you change your office hours, location, or contact information, or if your load increases, decreases, or you are unable to make up missed office hours, please send updates to Hedy Wong at email@example.com.
