Note: This course is open to all students.
This is an activity course involving intermediate level plyometric and agility training for the female athlete. The course is designed to further develop neuromuscular control thereby enhancing sport-specific performance and minimizing the potential for injury. Intermediate training will include more complex plyometric techniques, agility drills, flexibility exercises and core strengthening techniques. Further evaluation of health and nutritional issues specific to the female athlete will also be addressed. CSU
